The CSC Sieve Analyzer is designed to reduce the time and eliminate the operator error associated with sieve analysis. The CSC Sieve Analyzer accurately weighs and memorizes the net weight of the sieves and receiver before sieving. It compares the weights of the empty sieve with the gross weight after sieving. Necessary calculations are then made to provide a detailed analysis of the particle size distribution, including weight retained, percent retained, and percent passing, giving you accurate sieve results in a matter of seconds. The CSC Sieve Analyzer saves a great deal of time, particularly in volume work, because it weighs, calculates, and stores sieve test results.
