We recently purchased a KEM Autotitrator and a Karl Fischer titrator.

Throughout the entire evaluation, purchase, and trial period, we found CSC to be extremely helpful and willing to help.  CSC provided a very pleasant combination of professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness in its tech support that made the transition from manual titrations to the use of an autotitrator much smoother than we had anticipated.  CSC continues to show interest in our success in using the instruments.

The equipment is easy to set up and use once the operators have been trained.  We have found both instruments to be very reliable.  I would recommend buying these instruments if someone is considering the purchase of Autotitrators.
